It's a brass table top lighter, with zodiac simbles around the sides, and a dome that rotates around the base to cover/uncover the main lighter mechanism. I don't have a picture of it yet, but I'll try to describe it as best as I can... The entire lighter mechanism is a small piece, that pulls out of the main stand. Underneith the lighter, there is a small bowl, that looks like you would put fuel or something... Hanging down from the lighter, into the bowl, are two pieces, that look like this
